Not a great experience. The hibachi chicken was only seasoned with soy sauce and pepper, so if you are into bland food you may like it. Everything was extremely salty. The canned sweet carrots were not a good touch, and I am not sure how that is Hibachi, when they are not grilled. The Tokyo Express in my home town tastes much different and better than this. The service was good and they were nice though.

So sorry I have to leave this review. I normally love everything about this place. Customer service was horrible today. They forgot my white sauce iykyk and I politely let her ( the employee that I was currently on the phone with) know she than apologized. She suggested I come back to get the sauce that comes with meal, which i can't. I'm currently getting treatment. I asked if I could speak to her manager. Manager was not there as told. When asked when the manager will be back "she said she will send her a message to call me, "she'll be back at some point" . Well i took a nap while at chemotherapy atleast 2 hrs go by ( mind you I was supposed to get a call within the hr I called supposedly still no call.. I let the lady know I can not come back in. I stay on other side of town. She even asked me why I needed to speak to the manager. She promised me she was sending her a message to call me. We'll nobody ever called me than, when I waited and called back she let me know I had to express my issue with her ( an employeenot a manager). I dont understand why I have to speak to someone that's not the manager if you cant help me. I only wanted a refund at this point 😭😭. Since I didn't

We have tried their orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, lo mein, fried rice, and dumplings. The chicken and rice dishes were bland, and the lo main was very oily. The dumplings probably tasted the best, but I found a fruit fly in the to go container which was very off-putting.

Looks great!... taste OK. The sushi was p bomb. Meat tasted rushed. The rice tasted like Mexican rice, not fried. It is definitely not worth the price. But the noodles were juicy.

Great place to get a large portion of excellent food at a reasonable price in Fletcher, NC. We originally saw a bad review but decided to give it a try anyway. I am glad that we did. The location is on the north/east side of New Airport Road just to the east of I-26. Traffic along the road can be busy and challenging at times so please drive carefully. It is in a building with 3 other stores, two of which are restaurants (Moe’s and Jersey Mikes). There are 4 rows of parking so that should not be an issue. You enter directly in front of the counter where the menu is directly behind it on the wall. You order at the counter and they will call or name for you to pick it up The staff was friendly and nice, the price was very reasonable and the food was good. The drinks are serve-yourself to the left of the counter. There are tables and booths to the right of the counter and there is even an outside area where you could eat. We ordered Chicken teriyaki and Hibachi chicken. It came with a lot of rice and a good amount of carrots and yum-yum sauce. It was delicious. I highly recommend it to my fellow travelers.
